Glean is a Work AI platform that enhances productivity through intelligent search and AI capabilities. They are seeking a Product Management Intern to help improve the Admin Console, focusing on product enhancements that facilitate system health understanding and issue resolution for customers.
Responsibilities
Own a focused product area within the Admin Console, helping define how admins understand deployment health, investigate issues, and take action with confidence
Work closely with engineering and design to turn ambiguous admin pain points into clear product requirements, user flows, and shipped improvements
Talk to customers and internal teams to identify where admins get stuck today, then translate those insights into product bets that make Glean easier to operate and more self-serve
