They are seeking a Product Management Intern to support teams in Core Clearance & Settlement services, assisting with product development and enhancing client experiences while gaining professional skills and exposure to industry leaders.
Responsibilities
Partner with Product Owners and delivery teams to support product initiatives and business objectives
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, backlog refinement sessions, and sprint activities
Assist with user story creation, backlog management, and documentation
Support project planning, execution, and stakeholder communications
Analyze sprint metrics and project data to identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support delivery of product enhancements
Learn how DTCC's Core Clearance & Settlement businesses support global financial markets
Observe and share best practices across teams and projects
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in: Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Business & Technology Management, Or a related field
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2
Authorized to work permanently in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
Preferred
Strong interest in financial services, product management, and technology
Experience with Excel, reporting tools, or data analysis
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Exposure to JIRA, SharePoint, or other collaboration tools
Previous internship, project, leadership, or campus involvement experience
