Pacific Gas and Electric Company is a leading utility provider, and they are seeking a Product Delivery Program Strategy Intern. This role supports the development and implementation of standardized processes to enhance the product delivery operating model, working closely with product managers and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Assist in documenting current product delivery processes and identifying opportunities for standardization
Support the creation of process guides, templates, and training materials
Help track and analyze product delivery metrics and performance indicators
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
Participate in process improvement initiatives and workshops
Conduct research on industry best practices in product delivery and program management
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and communications for leadership
Support coordination of meetings, action tracking, and project documentation
Qualification
Required
Earning a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Social Studies, Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Environmental Studies, Liberal Arts or related field
Students MUST be continuing education towards degree during and/or after internship) or Master's degree
Preferred
Basic understanding of project management, product management, or business process improvement concepts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to organize information, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or equivalent productivity software
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from multiple stakeholders
