Seagate Technology is a leader in data storage solutions, and they are seeking a Product Assurance Engineer Intern for Summer 2026. The role involves providing analytical support to product assurance engineers, learning problem-solving techniques, and participating in system-level testing.
Responsibilities
Provide on-site analytical, coordination, and administrative support to product assurance and reliability test engineers
Learn and apply problem solving techniques, data collection, and analysis techniques to investigate, identify potential root cause of problems
Interact and coordinate with other design engineering functions that results in successful delivery of cross-functional solutions
Generate process improvement ideas, including ML and AI applications, and actively participate in design discussions
Perform system level testing, with a focus on drive qualification and long-term reliability, continuously monitoring the product performance and quality
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in an engineering field, computer science, or equivalent discipline and returning to classes in Fall 2026
Proficient in working in Linux
Have hands-on lab experience or willing to learn
Knowledge of Python and experience or interest in Kubernetes and Docker
