Responsibilities
Investigate market trends, customer needs, and operational challenges to support business objectives and strategic direction
Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain reporting tools, and communicate updates
Assist in planning and organizing project deliverables, timelines, and milestones
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and reports
Participate in process audits and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Gain exposure to design thinking methodologies and contribute to process mapping activities focused on innovation and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Enrolled in an accredited college/university during the internship. Internships are not intended for graduating seniors
Relevant experience with business analysis or project/product management through student clubs, personal projects or other forms of employment
Ability to work the full-time standard business working hours during the duration of the internship
Ability to work from the San Antonio, TX., Boston, MA or Eden Prairie, MN office for Summer 2026
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)
Preferred
Completed a college-level course in business analysis or project/product management
Experience with project or product management tools (Jira, Trello, smartsheet, asana, monday)
Interest in healthcare innovation, business development and/or project management
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
