PGIM is the diversified asset management business of Prudential Financial, Inc. The 2027 Product and Institutional Client Internship Program provides students with exposure to client relationships, business development, product strategy, analytics, market intelligence, and investment communications. Interns support research, reporting, presentations, investor inquiries, business recommendations, strategic initiatives, and stakeholder presentations.
Responsibilities
Partner with teams across Investment Management, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Product to support business objectives
Analyze information, research trends, and support business recommendations
Support teams responsible for institutional client relationships and investor communications
Assist with reporting, presentations, proposals, and business development materials
Conduct research on investment products, competitors, and industry trends
Support responses to investor, consultant, and client inquiries
Participate in projects focused on business growth, process improvement, and strategic initiatives
Present findings, recommendations, or project updates to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program graduating between December 2027 and May 2028
Minimum 3.0 GPA required
Ability to evaluate information, identify patterns, solve problems, and develop thoughtful recommendations through coursework, projects, internships, leadership experiences, or other hands-on opportunities
Ability to communicate ideas clearly, build relationships, work effectively with others, and contribute to a team environment
Interest in financial markets, institutional investing, asset management, investment products, or how investors evaluate opportunities and make decisions
Willingness to seek new challenges, learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and continuously develop new skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work accurately, and maintain a high standard of quality

Preferred
Open to all majors, with relevant fields including Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Management, International Business, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Statistics, or other disciplines that support relationship management, business analysis, strategic decision-making, or financial services
Interest in understanding stakeholder needs and delivering thoughtful, high-quality support and communication
Experience gathering, organizing, analyzing, or presenting information through coursework, projects, internships, leadership experiences, or extracurricular activities
Interest in understanding client needs, market dynamics, business growth, product positioning, or competitive strategy
Ability to value diverse perspectives and contribute to collaborative environments
