TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, and they are seeking a Project Intern to support their product team. The role involves engaging in impactful projects, analyzing data, collaborating with teams, and managing project workflows.
Responsibilities
Support initiatives to reduce false positives in content moderation and improve creator monetization
Analyze product/operational data and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities and propose actionable solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Policy, Data Science, etc.) to drive strategy implementation and ensure timely delivery
Manage project workflows including requirement gathering, timeline coordination, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (all majors welcome)
Strong data analysis skills (SQL required) with the ability to understand business logic and support decisions with data-driven insights
Excellent English communication skills; capable of independently driving projects and collaborating effectively with diverse teams
Available to work 4-5 days per week for a minimum of 4 months, with immediate availability preferred
Preferred
Understanding of content moderation, advertising, or monetization product logic
Familiarity with social media platforms and video content ecosystems; understanding of content moderation, advertising, or monetization product logic preferred
