Product Discovery and Documentation Translating Complex Care Workflows into Structured Tickets and Acceptance Criteria
Cross-functional Collaboration Contributing to Sprint Planning and Backlog Refinement Across Key Platform Areas
Responsible AI Exploration Engaging with Emerging AI Capabilities, Thoughtfully Examining how Conversational Support Member Insights, and Intelligent Nudges can be Built and Validated with Care
Data-informed Iteration Using Member Feedback and Engagement Data to Continuously Improve How Members and Administrators Experience the Platform
Qualification
Required
Student with a Minimum of 1 year in a Bachelor's Program or Currently Enrolled in a Graduate Program
