TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, and they are seeking a Methodology Project Intern to join their US operation team. This role involves engaging in impactful short-term projects focused on enhancing the e-commerce experience for sellers on the TikTok platform.
Responsibilities
Localize and refine seller-facing operational content, including playbooks, research materials, and best practices, to ensure clarity, actionability, and relevance for US-based sellers
Develop educational resources such as training guides, operational playbooks, case studies, and instructional materials tailored to sellers at different stages of growth
Support go-to-market efforts for new product features targeting US sellers, gather seller feedback, and translate insights into structured product recommendations
Engage directly with sellers through online communities and one-on-one conversations to identify user needs, cultivate early adopters, and promote methodology awareness and adoption
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing an Bachelor's or Master's degree
Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to work independently, manage goals effectively, and communicate clearly with stakeholders
Comfortable working with data and proficient in using AI productivity tools
Preferred
Strong understanding of professional and localized communication for US audiences; experience living or studying in the United States is a plus
Previous internship experience at an e-commerce platform or media company is preferred
