Cytiva is a global biotechnology leader dedicated to helping customers discover and commercialize the next generation of therapeutics. The intern role is a key support towards Cytiva’s eCommerce and marketing initiatives for the cell culture portfolio, focusing on improving customer experience and standardizing product information.

Responsibilities

Focusing on improvements in customer experience on our ecommerce platform
Lead efforts to standardize product naming conventions and product summaries for standard products sold globally
Reviewing our products, content, and data available online compared to key competitors in the market
Inventory digital content openly available on our website
Compile competitor intelligence from open sources to help managers improve overall ecommerce strategies

Qualification

Required

Availability Summer of 2025 (May - Aug)
Pursuing bachelor’s degree in marketing/ business management
Excellent oral and written communication
Thrives while working within a cross-functional team environment
Ability to work independently while supporting global teams
Demonstrate initiative and show attention to detail on project
Experience with standard Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to adapt and learn based on information acquired while working on the project
Willing to offer practical solutions to technical challenges

Preferred

Experience with AI tools related to ecommerce
Google analytics experience
