The Junior Product Owner Intern will support product development and implementation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor project performance, participate in agile practices, and contribute to business strategies.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing the development and implementation of Motorola Solutions’ products and services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded products
Support projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality goals
Track and evaluate project performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
Participate in project reviews, agile ceremonies, and status meetings to gain exposure to product development practices
Contribute to the development of business strategies and approaches to capture new opportunities
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong interest in product management, project management, or agile methodologies
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in team environments
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
High School Diploma is required
Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date of December 2028 or later
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
Preferred
familiarity with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus
