Motorola Solutions is a global community focused on enhancing safety through technology. They are seeking a motivated Junior Product Owner Intern to join their Product Management team, where the intern will gain hands-on experience in managing the development lifecycle and supporting project execution in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing the development and implementation of Motorola Solutions’ products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded products.
Support projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality goals.
Track and evaluate project performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Participate in project reviews, agile ceremonies, and status meetings to gain exposure to product development practices.
Contribute to the development of business strategies and approaches to capture new opportunities.
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong interest in product management, project management, or agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in team environments.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
High School Diploma is required.
Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date of December 2026 or later.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
