Intern, Operations Customer Center (OCC) Product Management (Fall 2026)

Delta Air Lines is seeking an Operations Customer Center Product Management Intern to support NEST products. The intern will assist in agile ceremonies, manage product backlog, and engage with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support Agile Ceremonies
  • Attend key agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and demos. Ensure agendas are prepared with items from the business team, notes are captured, and critical business follow-ups are tracked
  • Help maintain and prioritize the product backlog by documenting user stories, updating task statuses, and ensuring alignment with sprint goals. Collaborate with IT and POC teams to keep backlog items clear, actionable, and strategically ordered
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, share updates, and track feedback. Support communication efforts to ensure transparency and alignment across teams

Qualification

Required

  • Must be a current student enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program at a college and/or university
  • Must be able to commit to the duration of the internship
  • Must be able to work onsite in the Atlanta, GA office
  • Have a competitive GPA and be in good academic standing with your university
  • Delta Communications interns are expected to have strong written and oral communication skills, meet deadlines, be thorough, detail-oriented, communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and are excited to contribute ideas and perspectives in a fast-paced environment
  • Intern candidates should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrates that privacy is a priority when handling personal data
  • Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking and styles
  • Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Curiosity and initiative to explore new tools, processes, and ideas
