Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic Intern for Digital Product Management to join their Sales and Events Digital Product Team. The intern will collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and analytics teams to enhance Hyatt's digital transformation efforts, focusing on improving the customer and colleague journey through data analysis and product testing.
Responsibilities
Analyzes data coming from existing digital products to make recommendations about areas for improvement
Writes user stories that help designers and engineers execute on their work in a way that the software meets specific functional and non-functional user needs
Presents findings to stakeholders and to team members across the digital group
Tests new software to identify bugs or other issues
Creates documentation and artifacts that help serve as a collective body of wisdom for new and existing team members
Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values
Qualification
Required
College Undergraduate currently enrolled in a 4 year program (BA,BS)
Strong understanding of how the internet works
Comfortable working on a Mac
Experience with Microsoft Office / Google Document Cloud (presentations, etc.)
Able to juggle multiple priorities in parallel
