Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic Intern for Digital Product Management to join their Sales and Events, Planner Experience Digital Product Team. This internship will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance the planner digital experience and drive adoption of Hyatt’s direct channels.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain metrics dashboards and reporting to track planner experience performance and adoption of direct channels
Document end-to-end user flows and journeys to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement
Conduct user research and analyze behavioral data to generate insights and recommendations that drive customer adoption
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled undergraduate student in a 4-year degree program (BA/BS)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, computer science, business, or a related field
Any professional certifications
Experience in Digital or Product Management
