Delta Air Lines is seeking an Intern for Airport Customer Service, Product Analyst and Management for the summer of 2026. This role involves supporting product development by collaborating with various stakeholders, conducting research, and contributing to product rollout strategies.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, share updates, and track feedback. Support communication efforts to ensure transparency and alignment across teams
Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders and IT where necessary to ensure alignment during product development process
Primary research including focus groups to understand and forecast product usage and customer/agent behavior
Process and journey mapping including documentation
Value stream analysis
Participate in airport visits
Work directly with agent/employee tools and technology to identify opportunities for improvement
Product Reporting and analysis including forecasting and estimating
Contribute to product rollout and implementation strategies including internal marketing and communication
Build test cases
Qualification
Required
Must be currently enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university
Qualifications Seeking students matriculate in: Business, Data Analysis, Decision Sciences, Information Systems, Computer Information Systems
Knowledge of Office Suite of Products is expected
Preferred
Experience with data analytics tools
Strong adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Interest in product development, agile methodologies, or stakeholder engagement
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Curiosity and initiative to explore new tools, processes, and ideas
