ONroute is looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented student to join our Digital/Marketing team. This role supports a variety of digital, creative, and operational initiatives across our network of travel plazas, providing hands-on experience in digital products, creative asset production, and project management.
Responsibilities
Assist with digital ordering kiosk initiatives, including content updates, testing, and coordination with internal teams
Create marketing and operational materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (where applicable)
Coordinate print production with external vendors for decals, signage, and other promotional materials
Coordinate and manage ONroute's Bus Driver Program, including communications with bus companies, maintaining participant information, reporting, and ongoing program administration
Maintain project trackers and ensure documentation remains accurate and up to date
Assist with marketing presentations, sales materials, and client pitch decks
Support the planning and execution of digital and in-plaza marketing initiatives
Compile reports and post-campaign summaries
Assist with administrative tasks and special projects across the Digital team
Qualification
Required
Must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary program and returning to school in the fall
Studying Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Communications, UX/UI, Business, or a related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Creative eye for design and visual communication
Experience with Canva
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable transportation is required
Preferred
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma is considered an asset
