AAA Auto Club Enterprises is the largest club within the national AAA federation, seeking a Digital Product Management Intern to assist in building and refining products that address user needs. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support product backlog organization, and engage in user research to enhance the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Help organize and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined and ready for the engineering team
Monitor industry trends, analyze competitor features, and identify opportunities for innovation using AI-assisted research tools to surface insights faster
Assist in synthesizing customer feedback and identifying pain points to inform the product roadmap
Draft product requirements and maintain internal documentation for new features, using AI writing tools to streamline first drafts and keep docs up to date
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure new releases meet the "Definition of Done" and provide a seamless user experience
Help track and report on key product metrics (KPIs) to understand how users are interacting with our products
Support the product team in communicating updates across marketing, sales, and engineering departments to keep projects on track
Qualification
Required

Experience in monitoring industry trends and analyzing competitor features
