TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, and they are seeking an intern for the Creator&Affiliate Product Manager role. The position involves enhancing the creator experience and supporting TikTok Shop sellers to improve revenue and business growth.
Responsibilities
Being responsible for TikTok Shop Creator&Affiliate Product, responsible for overall creator experience of posting short video, finding appropriate merchandise, requesting sample, optimizing creator task strategy
To increase overall GMV via content supplement growth
Help drive improvements in creator onboarding, incubating, activating and incentive strategies, to build a strong and robust creator ecosystem
Support TikTok Shop seller targeting creator, to help seller find appropriate creator with better ROI, to increase sellers' revenue, and better business growth
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in computer science, mathematics, or statistics major
Solid understanding of product planning and strategy, with the ability to break down business problems into product solutions and proactively develop short, medium, and long-term plans for execution
Strong data analysis skills to identify product challenges and propose actionable product solutions independently
Good user empathy and business acumen, with the ability to understand project contexts and evaluate outcomes
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to identify issues, facilitate communication between teams, and effectively manage resources
Well-developed interpersonal skills and a strong ability to work under pressure
Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026
Preferred
Enthusiasm for content products
Bonus: working experience in marketplace platform or other content product is preferred
