Lane Construction is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Intern - IT to join our IT team in Cheshire, Connecticut, providing hands-on experience in IT product management, demand management, business process improvement, and agile delivery practices.
Responsibilities
Learn and assist the Product Owner with Lane IT demand management – review, update, plan the Lane IT backlog that feeds into our day-to-day work
Deliver completed Epics, Features, Stories for selected demand items that are validated and ready enough for the Dev and Infra teams to proceed with implementation
Update and standardize process flows for the demand management process
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Technology Management, Engineering, or a related field
Must be able to work onsite in Cheshire, CT
Local candidates only
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
