Delta Air Lines is a major airline company that also operates a Cargo division, which efficiently transports a variety of freight. They are seeking a Co-op intern to support product development and strategy within the Cargo Commercial team, focusing on creating informational documents, conducting data analysis, and preparing reports.
Responsibilities
Create informational documents and data analysis to support product development strategies
Prepare reports and dashboards for product and project performance
Interact with internal and external customers to assist in product development
Market research & benchmarking
Qualification
Required
Must be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree in a 4-year academic institution
At least a 3.0 GPA on a 4-point scale
Must be available to work on a full-time basis for 3 alternating semesters: Summer 2026, Spring 2027, and Fall 2027
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness/ability to learn new skills is required
Strong organizational, project management, analytic/problem-solving skills, and verbal/written communication skills are essential
Candidate is team-oriented and highly supportive of continuous improvement methodologies
This position requires student to work for 3 alternating semesters
Student cannot actively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as a Co-op/Intern at the same time, which may delay graduation by 1-2 semesters
Must be able to work onsite in our Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the Co-op
Working as a Co-op/Intern does not guarantee a full-time opportunity at Delta Air Lines upon graduation
This position is intended to provide educational and professional work experience to prepare the student for the workforce
