TikTok is a leading destination for short-form mobile video, and they are seeking a passionate Art & Nature Category Management Project Intern to join their campaign team. In this role, you will engage in impactful projects, define category strategies, and support the growth of the Art and Nature team by collaborating with merchants and driving innovative e-commerce solutions.
Responsibilities
Define category strategy, assortment roadmap, and merchant structure based on supply, trends, and user behavior
Build category-level frameworks for assortment planning, merchant segmentation, and lifecycle operations
Acquire and incubate merchants to support category growth; map and onboard strategic supply partners (greenhouses, crystal suppliers, artists/galleries, distributors, auction houses); drive activation, growth, retention, and operational health
Guide merchants on TikTok content, short-form video, live shopping, and creator collaboration; and drive merchant adoption of tools (e.g. Auction features) and programs that enhance GMV and repeatability
Discover innovative collaborative models that align to the merchant's short-term and long-term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently
Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
Preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred
