Haleon is a purpose-driven consumer health company developing trusted over-the-counter products and technologies. The OTC Product Development Co-Op will support pharmaceutical product development projects, conduct laboratory experiments, analyze scientific data, and collaborate with scientists on formulation and innovation projects.
Responsibilities
Gain hands-on experience supporting pharmaceutical product development projects
Support the development and testing of oral, topical, and nasal consumer healthcare products
Conduct laboratory experiments and analyze scientific data
Partner with experienced scientists to solve formulation challenges
Support the development of products for iconic brands such as Advil, Flonase, and Panadol
Contribute to innovation projects focused on improving consumer experiences
Share project results and recommendations with the broader team
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline graduating between December 2027 and May 2028
Laboratory experience gained through coursework, research, or internships
Experience collecting and analyzing experimental data
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship in the future
Preferred
Interest in pharmaceutical product development or consumer healthcare innovation
Hands-on laboratory, research, internship, or co-op experience
Strong initiative and willingness to learn
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a laboratory environment
