RBC is a leading global asset management company, and they are seeking a Distribution Product Management intern to support their Institutional and Retail business lines. The intern will work on business analysis, data analytics, and assist with various projects while collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Work with Salesforce and other applications and systems, with an understanding of configuration data migration across applications and environments, including validation testing
Conduct data analytics, working closely with team members and business stakeholders to understand business needs, processes and data flow to translate them into clearly defined and documented requirements
Populate and verify data for internal databases and assist in internal control processes to ensure consistent, high-quality content is maintained with accuracy and timeliness
Leverage CRM Analytics, data analytics and other visualization tools to generate reports and metrics
Respond to recurring and ad hoc requests from internal business stakeholders
Actively participate in standups, sprints and other meetings and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time to support project deliverables
Assist with special projects as they arise
Qualification
Required
Proficient in MS Office, including advanced Excel skills
Experience in Data Platforms, Queries and Programing Languages
Keen attention to detail
Ability to manage competing deadlines
Ability to work independently and within a team
Excellent organizational skills
Preferred
Familiarity and experience with Salesforce or other CRMs
Experience with CRM Analytics or other Data Analytics Visualization tools
Experience with Jira and applicable work management technology and tools
Previous work experience in asset management
Enrolled in an information technology or business program
