Stifel Financial Corp. is a global wealth management and investment banking firm committed to innovation and client success. The Video & Digital Marketing Intern will assist the marketing team with corporate videos and digital campaigns, acting as a coordinator between financial advisors and marketing teams to ensure timely project completion.

Responsibilities

Participates in video & digital marketing consultations with Stifel Financial Advisors and associates to gather information about the project such as message, target audience, timeline, budget, and goals.
Acts as a liaison for all Stifel advisors and associates for video and digital projects – submits projects, communicates general art or script direction to appropriate teams, and tracks the project from start to finish.
Coordinates with our third-party vendors to identify the most appropriate strategy for each video project and digital campaign based on goals.
Monitors and analyzes analytics of digital marketing campaigns to identify how the campaign is performing and provides recaps with recommendations on how to proceed.
Assists with the shooting of any videos shot in Stifel headquarters.
Serve as an active team member by attending and participating in department and team meetings as necessary.

Qualification

Required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal interactions.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies such as SEO, SEM, Display, Geofencing, and Retargeting.
Adaptable, highly organized individual with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects of varying importance with varying deadlines.
Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with others; strong team player as well as ability to work independently.
Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related with at least 1 year of college completed.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Preferred

Experience with Vimeo, YouTube, and Zoom a plus.
Experience with Google Analytics a plus.
