QIAGEN is dedicated to revolutionizing science and healthcare. They are seeking proactive and energetic Summer Interns to support the North America Regional Marketing team with trade show and event operations, providing hands-on experience across various elements of marketing operations.
Responsibilities
Support execution of trade shows and events, including maintaining event calendars, tracking registrations, and organizing exhibitor communications
Assist with pre-event logistics such as prep sheets, shipment tracking, and event kit assembly
Manage and organize marketing data in systems such as Salesforce (SFDC) and Seismic
Track leads, support campaign setup, and maintain accurate event and campaign records
Contribute to post-event reporting by compiling survey results, summarizing insights, and supporting ROI tracking
Assist with marketing content creation, including basic social media posts and email templates
Conduct research on target audiences, industry associations, and event opportunities
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
