Federal Signal Corporation is a leading manufacturer of high-quality aluminum trailers. The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team in executing digital marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness, web traffic, and lead generation.
Responsibilities
Assist with planning, creating, and scheduling social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
Support development of marketing campaigns targeting B2B and dealer audiences
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics
Assist in driving increased web traffic through digital marketing initiatives, including geofencing campaigns
Track and report marketing performance metrics (traffic sources, engagement, conversions, lead generation)
Support CRM management, including maintaining contact lists, tracking leads, and assisting with email marketing efforts
Coordinate with Sales and Engineering to gather product information for marketing materials
Assist in the development of brochures, trade show materials, and promotional content
Participate in marketing meetings and contribute campaign ideas
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of social media marketing platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred
Familiarity with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
Understanding of digital advertising concepts, including geofencing
Exposure to CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
