Stryker is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Intern for its Summer 2027 internship program. The intern will support digital marketing strategy execution, develop content and campaigns, analyze performance metrics, monitor industry trends, and contribute to communications initiatives across commercial marketing functions.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include supporting the execution of Stryker Joint Replacement's digital marketing strategy; collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop compelling digital content and campaigns; tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations; researching and monitoring industry trends to identify engagement opportunities; and contributing to projects across a variety of communications initiatives
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships
Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, etc.) for business purposes
Preferred
Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred)
Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics is a plus
