The intern will assist in various projects within the Retail Lending Division, focusing on helping homeowners with mortgage options and participating in strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
Attend Team Meetings
Jump onto a Strategic Initiative project
Map strategic growth markets
Discuss Market Research [intern is] interested in diving into to help propel our business forward
Visit a Western Alliance Bank Branch and see how Mortgage interacts with National Lines of Business
Assist with Junior Loan Processor Tasks
Update / Modernize Mortgage Tools
Ai – look at the business with fresh lenses to see how Ai can help modernize AmeriHome
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate students currently enrolled in a related field of study.
GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
An interest in working in the Commercial Business Banking industry.
