SAP provides enterprise application software to various industries, including consumer, discrete manufacturing, and public services. They are seeking an intern for their Global Sponsorships team to support operational projects, digital media strategies, and enhance communication within the team.
Responsibilities
Support operational cross-Global Sponsorships projects and key sources, including playbooks
Support digital and social media strategy and execution in collaboration with SAP Social Media
Syndicate partnership stories across internal channels
Work with activation leads to aligning digital activations into the overall activation plan and the use of contractual assets
Standardization of templates across Global Sponsorships documentation
Simple video editing
Manage employee engagement across North America partnerships
Create process documentation for the Global ticketing platform, to be rolled out internally
Optimize global sponsorships team communication across consolidated documents
Streamline cross-partner projects across the global sponsorships team
Qualification
Required
Recent graduate, including MBA – must have the ability to support this role full-time
Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program
Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel. Strong MS PowerPoint is a must
Familiar with video editing and related tools
Active knowledge of Social Media channels: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tik-Tok, Sprinklr
Fluent in English
Organized, self-starter, detail-driven, responsive, and able to multi-task promptly
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate, strong work ethic and positive attitude, ability to learn quickly be proactive, collect and synthesize information easily
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employees (including internships)
Preferred
MBA – preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Sports & Entertainment, Marketing, Communications, and related fields
German is a plus, but not required
