SAP is a global leader in enterprise application software, and they are seeking an intern for their Corporate Growth Reference Advisors team. The role involves supporting customer success storytelling efforts, particularly in Spanish-speaking markets, by conducting discovery calls, designing materials, and utilizing AI tools.
Responsibilities
Conduct and support Spanish-language customer discovery calls to identify potential reference candidates
Help expand SAP’s storytelling footprint across Spanish-speaking markets
Use Microsoft Copilot to draft and refine customer success narratives
Design social graphics, internal assets, and customer story materials using Canva and/or Photoshop
Repackage long-form success stories into short-form internal amplification assets
Maintain and update assets within SAP Digital Library and internal systems
Track engagement and usage through reporting tools and dashboards
Contribute to scalable AI-assisted workflows that improve storytelling efficiency
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or related field
Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
Experience using Microsoft Copilot or other AI writing tools in structured workflows
Strong graphic design capability using Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop
Comfort working with enterprise collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel)
Strong written communication skills with attention to narrative clarity
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment
Preferred
Experience editing short-form video content (Premiere Pro, Rush, or similar)
Exposure to AI video tools such as Synthesia
Experience supporting marketing, sales enablement, or storytelling initiatives
Interest in customer advocacy, partner marketing, or enterprise communications
