IWG is leading the workspace revolution, providing flexible workspace solutions globally. They are seeking detail-oriented and creative Marketing Interns to support content review and enhancement for their office space centers, offering valuable hands-on experience in a global business environment.
Responsibilities
Review existing center photography for quality, brand standards, and completeness
Flag missing or outdated imagery and assist in coordinating photo reshoots as needed
Evaluate center descriptions for accuracy, tone, and SEO-readiness
Edit and rewrite descriptions to improve consistency and alignment with brand messaging
Maintain tracking spreadsheets and update content management systems as needed
Collaborate with the Local, Channel, and Operations teams to prioritize updates
Assist in additional marketing content or admin projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Strong written communication and editing skills
High attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Basic familiarity with digital content, photography, or real estate marketing is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Available at least 15 hours per week
