Marriott Vacations Worldwide is a global leader in the vacation ownership industry. The Onsite Marketing Intern will participate in a comprehensive internship program, gaining practical experience in marketing and sales operations while contributing to the team.
Responsibilities
Learn and perform the job duties of the position(s) within their assigned department.
Learn and master the role of a non-commissioned marketing associate.
Contribute to department projects.
Learn components of what drives a successful Marketing and Sales operation on site.
Qualification
Required
Must be fully available to work: Friday, Saturday, Sunday as well as either Monday or Thursday depending on business needs.
Candidate should be pursuing a college degree.
All interns must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation Policy Marketing and Sales Standards of Appearance.
All interns for whom a uniform has been provided must wear the appropriate uniform.
Non-uniformed interns should dress with good business taste and in clothing appropriate to their jobs.
All interns must wear proper undergarments.
Corporate office interns must adhere to policy EMP-20 Corporate Office Business Dress Guidelines.
Preferred
It is preferred that the candidate is actively pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Sales or Business.
Prior Hospitality or Sales experience preferred.
Past Interns who are interested in completing an additional internship will be considered first.
