Lincoln Electric is the world leader in advanced arc welding solutions and is seeking bright, driven individuals for their Marketing Internship Program. The role offers hands-on experience in digital strategy, content creation, social media, analytics, and campaign execution, supporting product launches and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web platforms.
Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and other channels.
Support SEO and SEM efforts through keyword research and performance tracking.
Help manage and update website content.
Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports.
Collaborate on marketing collateral and product promotions.
Research industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or having achieved a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
Eligible to work in the U.S. on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship.
Preferred
A degree in any of the following disciplines: marketing, communication design, public relations, graphic design, or communication analytics.
Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Sprout Social, YouTube, Vimeo, LinkedIn, Facebook, Adobe Suites, and Canva).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Team-oriented mindset with a desire to support others.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and branding.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
