The Marketing Intern will support the US Pet Health marketing team through work in brand management, digital strategy, or retail execution, collaborating cross-functionally, engaging with leadership, identifying innovative marketing ideas, and presenting project findings.
Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with stakeholders across teams to grow your business understanding and gain critical insights necessary for developing high-impact strategic plans
Leadership Engagement: Manage regular check-ins with management to prepare and present your project findings, gaining direct experience in leadership interaction
Innovation:Within your assigned area of focus, you will be tasked with identifying breakthrough marketing ideas
Project Execution:Deliver a high-impact final presentation to present your process analysis findings, proposed solution, and its projected contribution to business growth
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program for Marketing, Business, Analytics, or Communications. Candidates must have an expected graduation date of Winter 2027 or Summer 2028
Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Self-motivated with a proven ability to take ownership and lead with drive
Preferred
Master's Degree or MBA is a plus
A genuine interest in making a difference in pets, sustainability, veterinary medicine, or data-driven approaches
Strong interpersonal skills, including excellence in phone, speaking, and formal presentation settings
The ability to think strategically and make critical decisions within the context of uncertainty and ambiguity
Strong organizational and time management skills
The ability to work exceptionally well independently with minimal supervision
