Wella Company is one of the world’s leading beauty companies, known for its iconic brands such as Wella Professionals and Clairol. They are seeking a Marketing Intern to support the Brand Marketing Team by assisting with marketing plans, engaging content creation, and various operational tasks to enhance brand presence and communication strategies.
Responsibilities
Maintaining important tracking documents, establishing, and contributing to brand presentations, assisting the overall organization or day-to-day operations
Assist in gathering data and insights to support marketing and communications strategies
Support with developing engaging content for social media posts and campaigns
Assist the Marketing Team by creating briefs for asset creation for initiatives
Manage core operational marketing processes, including Data Entry Forms, coordinating samples, product organization, event support, promotional item sourcing, and product shipments to Ambassadors, influencers, vendors, and agency partners
Assist with Paid Media needs
Perform Ad Hoc assignments or projects assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate degree program (preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field)
Commitment to internship for 1 year
Proficient in Office 365, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Proficient in Google Doc
Savvy with major Social Media Platform such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube
Genuine passion for marketing and a desire to contribute to process improvement projects
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a desire to learn
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Project Management Skills
Comfortable in a deadline-driven environment
Resourceful team player: Able to juggle multiple tasks and projects, prioritizing critical work and being accountable for results
Preferred
Experience with data analysis tools and reporting platforms is a plus
Previous Marketing experience or internships is a plus
