Sherwin-Williams Company engages in the development, manufacture, distribution, and sale of paints, coatings, and related products. This position is accountable for managing product data and providing administrative support to enhance digital customer experiences, ultimately aiming to increase brand preference and sales.
Responsibilities
Contact Sherwin-Williams stores and customers to resolve issues relating to eCommerce transactions
Ensure that orders and invoices are meeting the expectation of customers
Partner with Sherwin-Williams National Accounts and Finance department to maintain a positive eCommerce experience for customers
Provide, verify, and maintain product data that supports all digital touch points such as Sherwin-Williams.com, PunchOut Catalogs, and the SW ProApp.
Administer, load, and support asset management and ongoing maintenance to ensure effective, compliant, and up to date customer-facing data.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to obtain product data information to drive content optimization and delivery approaches within all digital customer experiences, tools, and applications.
Ensure data governance best practices are followed so availability of accurate and consistent information flows.
Identify defects in enterprise systems and submit tickets to work with technical support teams to ensure fixes are implemented.
Identifies needed enhancements within the product data management system STEP to increase productivity and efficiencies and presents findings to Manager
Responsible for enriching and classifying products within STEP via web portals and workflows for syndication to multiple internal and external systems including WebSphere commerce and digital catalogs.
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Expected Graduation date of 2026 and beyond
Availability to work in a long-term co-op (9-12 months)
Experience with Excel.
Must be detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple projects at once.
Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a very fast-paced environment.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a proven track record of collaboration with multiple internal and external partners.
Understanding a broad range of products across divisions, Channel Partners, businesses, partner providers and diverse market segment customers.
Obtaining accurate and timely information and assets from personnel across the organization or outside partner contacts – many with varying roles and diverse responsibilities.
Keeping up with changing promotional plans and merchandising strategies across multiple divisions, businesses and partners.
Efficient management of product information project priorities to ensure accuracy and consistency across disparate product information repositories and systems and customer digital experiences.
Must be able to quickly acclimatize to working with various business, technical and development teams.
Preferred
Retail/sales knowledge and experience is preferred, along with point-of-sale (POS)/(AOM)/(PIM)/(IVAN) and Price Record Card (PRC) pricing structure knowledge preferred.
