United Airlines is seeking an intern for their United for Business Marketing team, which focuses on business-to-business marketing and partnerships. The intern will be responsible for supporting marketing initiatives, conducting research, and assisting with campaign development and event planning.
Responsibilities
Thoroughly understanding marketing goals and recommending and implementing solutions that support business objectives.
Creating marketing briefs for new campaigns.
Conducting competitive research to identify trends and opportunities.
Pulling metrics to make data-driven decisions.
Supporting ongoing marketing initiatives and brand work.
Contributing to campaign development.
Assisting with go-to-market product strategy.
Helping with event planning and execution.
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Graduating Winter 2026 or Spring 2027
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
Strong written, verbal, and technical communication skills – ability to learn new systems quickly
Presentation skills – comfort with presenting in-person and virtually in front of large groups, including leadership
Ability to coordinate and effectively work with diverse groups of people
Ability to review complex information and make recommendations
Preferred
Basic understanding of marketing principles, particularly business-to-business (B2B)
Experience with designing and executing multi-channel digital campaigns across web, social media, and email
Analytical skills
Experience with creative design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
