Philips is a health technology company dedicated to improving access to quality healthcare. They are seeking an intern for their Ultrasound Marketing team, where the intern will gain hands-on experience in content creation and marketing strategies related to medical devices.
Responsibilities
Create and edit content on Canva and Microsoft Clipchamp for all ultrasound segments
Work with the sales and clinical team to gather content from the field for creating social posts
Consistently look at what deals are being completed for sales and work with the account manager to create content around those deals with customers
Create content based on the identified social media trends and offer insights to new trends where applicable
Create social daily posts for events and webinars
Amplify NPI social content where needed
Organize consent forms used for posts
Provide cross-functional support for the North America Ultrasound Marketing team
Gain exposure to go-to-market strategy for medical devices and develop foundational marketing knowledge of the industry
Strengthen core marketing skills including project coordination, communication with key stakeholders, content creation, and marketing strategy
Qualification
Required
You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Interest in healthcare or medical technology is strongly preferred
You have experience creating social media or digital content and are comfortable using design and editing tools such as Canva and Microsoft Clipchamp
Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram posting best practices is a plus
You are organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and content requests at the same time
You communicate clearly and collaborate well with different groups including sales, clinical staff, and marketing teams
You are proactive, curious about trends, and eager to learn how marketing supports business growth
You take initiative to suggest ideas and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
