Responsibilities
Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount
Assists with planning, coordinating, and implementing race-day activities, marketing promotions, and special events
Will write scripts, make announcements, and staff information table to promote excitement surrounding events at the track
Will lead tours of grounds and coordinate meet and greets with drivers and special guests
Responsible for generating a positive and friendly atmosphere with all guests by assisting guests when called upon and generally creating a relationship of goodwill
Assist with establishing and managing rules and regulations of all promotions
Qualification
Required
Ability to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position
Ability to consistently comprehend, retain and execute written, verbal and demonstrated directions, explanations and guidance
Must have proven experience working in a customer-friendly environment
Must be self-motivated and be able to manage multiple priorities and projects
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management
Experience in customer service, customer facing, or customer relations roles
Pursuit of a Marketing Degree (in school) highly desired
Must be able to sit, walk or stand for extended periods of time without difficulty
Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
Preferred
Marketing experience a plus
