CECO Environmental Corporation is a global leader in providing sustainable solutions for industrial air, water, and energy transition. The Marketing Intern/Co-Op will provide support and complete assigned projects for the Marketing team, assisting with strategic initiatives and day-to-day business operations.

Responsibilities

Assist with Trade Show development of Inventory PDF
Develop FAQs for all product pages
Work with the Web Developer on updates
Review old resources and making lists of what needs to be updated
Coordinate and project manage updates with Dipti after obtaining guidance from the Marketing Leader
Review UberSuggest, SEMrush, RankMath – review recs and provide summary to marketing leaders
Assist with content changes and edits
Support Brandfolder (DAM – document asset management) Organization
Opportunities for social media support, email/newsletter assistance, competitive research, analytics reporting, event support
Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

Marketing, communications, or digital marketing enrollment in good standing at an accredited university
Experience in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office Skills
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred

AI and SEO knowledge is a bonus
Canva and Marketing Automation (Hubspot, etc), SEMrush, RankMath, and AI tools are a plus!
