Bristol Myers Squibb is a company focused on transforming patients’ lives through science. The Market Access - Cell Therapy summer intern will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing projects, providing practical experience in project management and marketing.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables for marketing campaigns and initiatives
Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Creative, Content, Digital, Product, Sales) to ensure seamless project execution
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Help manage project budgets and track expenses
Participate in status meetings and assist in gathering feedback and addressing any issues or concerns
Ensure all marketing materials and deliverables meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines
Assist in analyzing project performance and generating reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is preferred (graduating Fall 2026 and beyond)

Strong interest in marketing and project management
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
