Live Nation Entertainment is a leading company in the music festival and event production industry. They are seeking a highly motivated Street Marketing Intern to support the Marketing team through administrative coordination, onsite event support, and grassroots marketing execution.
Responsibilities
Support the Street Marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks and project coordination
Assist with preparing marketing materials, flyers, signage, and promotional assets for upcoming events and campaigns
Conduct research on local markets, community events, audience trends, and grassroots marketing opportunities
Assist with tracking inventory, managing supplies, and maintaining organization of marketing storage areas
Provide general support for special projects and other duties assigned by the Street Marketing team
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
Must be able to work out of Calabasas, CA office and greater Los Angeles area as needed
Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Typical commitment is 16-29 hours per week
Must be motivated with an 'Everything is possible' attitude
Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small
Comfortable working outdoors, on foot, and independently for extended periods
Physically able to carry, hang, and distribute material
Comfortable engaging with the public and representing the brand professionally onsite
Knowledge of dance music and Insomniac's brands
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times
Must be willing to travel to work during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels and drastic temperature climates while working on site at various event location
Must be able to work in open concept office space
Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization, which does not require sponsorship by Insomniac for a visa
