RTX is seeking a Factory Modernization Marketing Co-Op to support the Avionics Smart Manufacturing team in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role focuses on developing and executing internal marketing strategies and campaigns, managing digital communications including video marketing, and producing technical publications while working closely with leadership and engineers. The co-op will also support communication design, research for campaigns, and learning about IIOT and manufacturing process optimization.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the development and execution of internal marketing strategies and campaigns
Manages digital communications, including video marketing, and the production and dissemination of technical publications
You will design, develop and implement communication programs
You will provide support to Marketing in conceptualizing and designing graphic representations of products and creative campaigns
You will conduct research, gather and organize information to inform and support advertising campaigns
Analyzes preliminary and final proofs; corrects errors, where needed, to ensure consistent design integrity
Qualification
Required
**Qualifications You Must Have:**
* Must be pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
* Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Experience with Lean principles and concepts.
*Experience may be obtained through on‑the‑job experience, research, coursework, or projects.*
