Hermès is a family-owned French house known for high-quality craftsmanship since 1837. The eCommerce Client Relations Center Intern will support the Client Relations team with operational, customer service, and training responsibilities, gaining valuable experience in eCommerce Customer Service.
Responsibilities
Assists with web-to-shop order paperwork and maintenance of boutique return/exchange tracking
Extracts KPIs and statistics to support team Managers and Specialists with reporting analysis
Supports the Client Relations team with the processing of refunds and exchanges
Assists with follow-up on tickets requiring action for pending returns, after sales issues, etc.
Assists with Hermes.com customer service needs including thorough research for escalation resolution in addition to weekly analysis of client interaction trends
Performs internal quality assurance checks and competitive analysis to identify training opportunities and share feedback with the team
Aids Training team in scheduling educational events and crafting additional learning materials as needed
Brainstorms, develops, and delivers individual projects aligned with personal passions, desired professional development, and enhancing existing business practices
Assists with scheduling needs for eCommerce and boutiques
Executes all other duties assigned by Manager
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal skills; polite and professional phone manner
High level of adaptability
Acute attention to detail and organization
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
Preferred
Previous Operations and/or Customer Service experience helpful
