Responsibilities
Draft and edit internal content including news stories, employee spotlights, and intranet articles
Maintain and update the company intranet and internal communication channels
Support communication campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and recognition programs
Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative ideas for content and events
Assist with planning and logistics for internal events and communications rollouts
Conduct research and gather materials to support communication strategies and storytelling
Organize and track internal communications projects, content calendars, and resources
Learn and apply Associated Bank’s communication standards and best practices
Qualification
Required
Current enrollment in a degree program in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
Curiosity, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
Preferred
Prior experience in writing, event coordination, or digital communications (coursework, student media, or internships)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital publishing tools
