Henkel is a company shaping the future through innovation and sustainability, and they are seeking a Brand Marketing MBA Intern for their Consumer Brands business unit. The intern will gain hands-on experience in launching new products, conducting market research, and executing go-to-market campaigns.
Responsibilities
Gain hands-on experience in launching new products for Joico and bringing them to market
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
Assist in crafting and executing compelling go-to-market campaigns
Coordinate new product launch activities across teams and channels
Create store merchandising collateral to support retail execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign delivery
Qualification
Required
An MBA student pursuing a degree in Marketing
Ability to commute to our Culver City office at a minimum of two times per week
Market Research & Analytical Skills: Ability to gather and interpret data to identify trends and insights; Familiarity with Microsoft Suite
Communication & Storytelling: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft clear, compelling messaging for different audiences
Project Management: Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Marketing & Sales Knowledge: Understanding of basic marketing principles and sales processes
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Teamwork: Comfortable working with diverse teams; proactive and open to feedback
