Baxter is a company committed to saving and sustaining lives through innovative healthcare solutions. They are seeking an Advanced Surgery Marketing Data Analyst Intern to manage and audit product master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance across various departments.
Responsibilities
Master data management for Advanced Surgery portfolio.
Lead a data audit of the full Advanced Surgery portfolio item code master.
Evaluate a master set of data within the Master Data Management (MDM) system and reconcile for accuracy against regulatory, clinical, supply chain and manufacturing product data.
Communication of major findings to management and brand product owners.
Resolve audit challenges and update the master data management system to reflect the correct information.
Compile listing of End of Life (EOL) products (item codes) currently active in the MDM system by using historical sales data.
Partner with the Product Design Owners (PDO) in R&D to confirm EOL.
Set a plan with PDO to initiate the EOL process for each item code.
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor’s in business, marketing analytics, data management or related degree.
GPA of 3.0 or above.
Experience analyzing and auditing data.
Demonstrated leadership qualities and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude, team-oriented, adaptive to change, and collaborative.
Actively involved in campus or community activities and organizations, preferably in leadership roles.
