Textron, through its Bell subsidiary, is an aviation company that provides interns with hands-on experience and professional development. The Internal Communications Intern will support communications strategies, create storytelling content, conduct research, develop reports, and assist with employee and business events.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and execution of communications strategies
Conduct interviews and work with stakeholders to promote business updates, employee contributions, organizational changes and other topics through storytelling
Collect data and develop reports using information gathered through research and review of applicable tools and methods
Assist with virtual and in-person events as needed
Qualification
Required
Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or English, or a closely related required
Minimum 60 college credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2027) or prior Bell internship experience
Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 1, 2027 – August 6, 2027
