2026 Intern – IBM Product Marketing

IBM is a leader in Hybrid Cloud and AI, driving innovation and creativity in technology. As a Product Marketing Intern, you will collaborate on strategic marketing challenges, develop compelling content, and enhance customer experiences while participating in educational and networking activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop content that positions and differentiates our offerings in the market
  • Create product-centric experiences for our prospects and clients that delight and inspire
  • Translate our services and offerings into marketing messages and compelling stories that influence analysts, customers, and partners
  • Become an expert in the customer journey, evaluating their experience, looking for gaps, and making recommendations to improve the customer experience

Qualification

Required

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited University and pursuing a Bachelor's degree
  • Available for an internship in Summer 2026
  • Rising senior for the 2026-2027 school year
  • Passionate about software products, hybrid cloud, or AI
  • Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with groups of different backgrounds and skills to enable collaboration
  • Basic knowledge of product marketing, product management, B2B marketing, field marketing, or related field
  • Basic understanding of go-to-market strategies, how to develop audience strategies, client experience design, and A/B testing

Preferred

  • A strategic, consultative, data-driven mindset
  • Basic knowledge of problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Basic Excel, Python, Tableau, or related technical skills
